When you enroll in a program, you receive six months of access to all course materials unless otherwise stated. Access may include videos, templates, checklists, modules, and career tools. All course content is for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or re-sold.
2. Payments
We accept payments via credit/debit card and Zelle.

All prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution. Payment must be completed before access is granted.
3. Refunds
All sales are final unless a specific program explicitly states a refund policy. Because course materials and digital resources are delivered immediately upon enrollment, we do not provide refunds, chargebacks, or credit transfers after purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within Beta Pharma Academy—including videos, modules, frameworks, templates, text, images, branding, and digital resources—is the exclusive property of Beta Pharma Academy. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for any commercial or instructional purpose outside your personal use.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using our platform, you agree NOT to:
Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
Upload harmful files or engage in illegal or disruptive behavior
Misuse our templates, workflows, or resources
Impersonate another individual or provide false information
Violation of these rules may result in termination of account access without refund.
6. No Employment Guarantee
Beta Pharma Academy provides training, tools, and resources designed to support career readiness. However, we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, promotions, or employment outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, experience, and market conditions.
7. Modifications to Services
We may update or modify course content, features, or offerings at any time to improve quality and ensure accuracy.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if misuse of course content occurs.
