  • Are the programs beginner-friendly?

    Yes. Each accelerator starts with foundational concepts and builds toward advanced operational scenarios so both beginners and experienced professionals benefit.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit/debit cards, zelle and other standard online payment methods supported by our platform.

  • What is the Zelle Payment email?

  • When is my access activated?

    – Zelle: within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation – Card: immediately after checkout

  • Why is the Zelle price lower than the card price?

    Zelle includes a cash-discount price. Card payments include a digital processing cost reflected in the online price.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to course materials, all sales are final.

  • Is there a payment plan?

    Payment plans will be introduced soon. Currently, all programs are one-time payments. Look out for our seasonal coupons for discounts.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    You receive 6 months of access to each accelerator from the day of enrollment.

  • Can I download the course content?

    All downloadable resources (templates, checklists, assignments, tools) are yours to keep. Videos and lessons are view-only inside the platform.

  • Can I extend my access?

    Extensions are available for an additional fee. Contact support (info@betapharmaacademy) to request an extension.

  • What’s included in each accelerator?

    Each accelerator includes: • Multi-module curriculum (10–11 modules) • Full PowerPoint slide decks • Detailed lesson content • Real-world animated scenario videos • Tools, templates, workflows, and checklists • Capstone project at the end

  • Are the accelerators self-paced?

    Yes. You can progress at your own speed during the 6-month access period.

  • Do I need prior clinical experience?

    No. The programs are designed to take you from foundational knowledge to job-ready execution.

  • Is there a certificate?

    Yes. You receive a certificate of completion for each accelerator.

  • What is included in the Career Center?

    The Career Center provides downloadable, job-ready resources including: • Resume templates • Cover letter templates • LinkedIn optimization guides • Interview preparation questions • Salary insights • Job-search planning tools

  • Does the Career Center include job referrals?

    No. Job referrals are exclusive to our Membership program.

  • Is the Career Center included with the accelerators?

    It is a standalone product and must be purchased separately unless otherwise stated during promotions.

  • What do I get as a member?

  • Is membership required to take a course?

    No. Accelerators and the Career Center can be purchased without membership.

  • Does membership include all accelerators?

    No. Membership provides career support tools — accelerators are separate purchases.

  • Are Beta Pharma Academy certificates recognized by industry employers?

    Our programs teach real-world workflows that align with industry expectations, and our certificates validate your completion of structured training. Our programs are designed by clinical research leaders with real-world sponsor and CRO experience. Certificates demonstrate competency but do not replace regulatory credentials such as GCP.

  • Is Beta Pharma Academy an accredited school?

    No. We are a professional training provider, not a degree-granting institution.

  • Do you guarantee job placement?

    No. We provide tools, guidance, and job-readiness resources, but job placement is not guaranteed.

  • Will this help me get a job in clinical research?

    Our programs build the practical, operational understanding needed for clinical research roles. Many students secure interviews and roles after applying the skills gained.

  • What roles can I qualify for after training?

    This depends on your background, but many trainees move into positions such as: • CTA • CRC • CRA I • CDM • Trial Assistant roles • Entry-level CTM roles

  • Do I need a science background?

    Not required. Strong operational understanding and workflow knowledge are far more important.
